It all started as a ‘side gig.’

After completing my first master's degree in social work in 2015, I had already been deeply involved in the service industry throughout my college years. Following graduation, I was fortunate enough to land an amazing opportunity that involved utilizing neurofeedback, biofeedback, and various therapeutic techniques to assist clients. I was absolutely passionate about this work.

While I pursued my ambition to climb the corporate ladder, I concurrently held part-time positions with different companies, engaging in contract work with liquor stores, bartending, serving, and providing coordination services. In 2021, I made the decision to return to school to pursue a master's degree in business administration. It didn't take long for me to realize that the realm of business was my true calling. As I progressed through the program, I developed a comprehensive plan and diligently put into action what I was learning. Fast forward two years, and it is truly incredible to find myself where I am today.

My dedication to my company extends beyond financial gain. While I ensure that our prices remain competitive, my focus lies in creating memorable experiences and fostering a sense of community. I takes pride in being asked to be a part of various events, including weddings, retirement parties, surprise birthday parties, graduation parties, and work Christmas parties over the past four years. Beyond bartending, I enjoy the coordination aspect of events, communicating with clients to assist in making their visions for their event come to life, and expanding this company.

With my combination of professional expertise, enthusiasm, and genuine care for people, I believe I am a trusted and sought-after professional in the bartending and event industry. My ability to connect with individuals, coupled with my attention to detail and dedication to delivering exceptional service, sets our business apart.

Introducing Aaron, a dedicated professional with extensive experience in the service industry. Aaron's career path has revolved around providing exceptional customer experiences and showcasing his passion for culinary arts. He decided to attend Southwest Minnesota State University because they had a great culinary program and wrestling program. During his time here, his passion for culinary arts began to flourish.

Aaron started his journey in the service industry by taking on various roles, including serving and bartending. Through his hands-on experience and dedication to his craft, he quickly developed a deep understanding of the industry and honed his skills in customer service and hospitality.

Over time, Aaron's hard work and determination led him to progress into managerial positions. As he embraced leadership responsibilities, he successfully managed teams, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining high standards of service. His ability to handle diverse challenges and foster a positive work environment further solidified his reputation as a capable and reliable professional.

Currently, Aaron is the Director of Sales and Distribution for a local snack foods company. In this role, he utilizes his extensive industry knowledge to drive sales growth and expand the company's distribution network. Aaron's strong leadership skills, coupled with his passion for culinary innovation, enable him to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and develop strategies to maximize the company's market presence.

Let me tell you a bit more about Brandon. With eight years of experience in the restaurant industry, he has honed his skills as a seasoned bartender. Throughout his entire professional life, he has thrived in the realm of customer service. Brandon has worked for two prominent companies, showcasing his versatility in handling weddings and events in various capacities. A natural conversationalist, he finds genuine joy in meeting new people and engaging in meaningful interactions with strangers. Bartending encompasses everything he finds appealing - the lively atmosphere, the sense of fulfillment, and the ability to create memorable experiences for guests.

Beyond the bar counter, Brandon has a range of personal interests. Baseball holds a special place in his heart, and he loves the opportunity to partake in the sport. Additionally, he is an avid reader, constantly expanding his knowledge and exploring new literary realms. When he's not behind the bar, you'll find him excelling as a sales associate and manager at RBK Fasteners. Moreover, he embraces the roles of a husband and a dedicated father, to my beautiful niece and nephew.

Introducing Alivia, a vibrant individual with a passion for beer and a strong background in the service industry. Alivia embraces the role of a dedicated mother to two wonderful daughters, prioritizing their well-being while pursuing her personal and professional goals.

Alivia's love for beer extends beyond mere enjoyment as she considers herself a beer connoisseur. Recognizing the intricacies and flavors of different brews, she has decided to further her knowledge and expertise in brewing by enrolling in a school for brewing starting this fall. This endeavor reflects her commitment to her craft and her desire to expand her horizons in the beer industry.

With an impressive 13-year tenure in the service industry, Alivia has honed her skills and developed a deep understanding of customer service. For the past five years, she has thrived in her role as a bartender, mastering the art of mixology and creating delicious cocktails for her guests. Her experience has given her an innate ability to connect with people and create an inviting atmosphere for socializing and enjoyment.

Alivia's excitement is palpable as she eagerly looks forward to bartending with Hyde Events and Rentals this summer. She is thrilled at the prospect of meeting new people, engaging with customers, and sharing her passion for beer. With her expertise and enthusiasm, she aims to deliver exceptional service while curating memorable experiences for everyone she encounters.

I should also mention, the Best of West does an annual survey where the people of West Michigan choose their favorite people in various categories, including bartenders. Alivia has made it to the top 3 finalists for favorite bartender in West Michigan. How cool is this!?

Introducing Maya, our amazing bartender with a heart of gold! Maya has been a long-time member of our family, having formed an unbreakable bond with my younger sister many years ago. When she's not bringing the party to our events, Maya dedicates her time to working full-time at a home for individuals with high medical needs.

Maya's fierce and edgy personality shines through in everything she does, including her unwavering commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of those who cannot live on their own due to their medical conditions. Her compassion and dedication to helping others shines in all she does.

Introducing Margie Brummel Rowles, a dedicated professional with extensive experience in client services and community work. Currently, Margie works full time at the West Michigan Partnership for Children (WMPC), where she applies her expertise to make a positive impact on the community.

Margie's roots trace back to her family's farm, known as the 'Apple Ranch,' located in California. Throughout her childhood, Margie witnessed the hard work and dedication required to maintain a successful farm. Over the years, her family transformed the farm into a winery, capitalizing on the beautiful surroundings and the region's grape-growing potential.

With a deep appreciation for the fruits of the vine, Margie often finds enjoyment in a glass of wine.
