1. Connect via phone

    It is so important to me to have a connection with each and every one of my clients.  We always say we want to show up to your event and feel like a friend, rather than a hired vendor. So that means - our very first step is connecting via a Zoom call or phone call so we can get to know each other! 

2. Let’s Make It Official

After our initial phone call, if you decide we’re the perfect fit to work together, it’ll be time to make it official! All you need to do is decide on your package, and from there, I’ll send you an online proposal with your custom contract, invoice, and payment schedule all able to be completed online!

Once your $100 deposit is paid, your date will be saved and the fun will begin! From there, we will be in contact regularly to discuss your vision for the bar and drinks. 

3. An Easy and Stress Free Planning Process

I love being involved in the wedding planning process. My goal is to make sure you have the most fun and stress free day possible. Because of that, I am extremely organized when it comes to your event day plans! Leading up to the day, I will help you create a custom bar list, signature drinks, and a shopping list. About 4 weeks out from the event, we’ll have a video call or phone call to go over any final details to ensure all goes well the day of!

4. The Event Day

Hooray!!! It’s here! The day of your event goes by in an instant. We want to make sure it’s the most fun and stress free day possible, for not just you- but your family and friends. We arrive 60 minutes before our scheduled start time so we can completely set the bar area up, help with any additional needs, and scope out the lay of the land.  It’s our job to make sure that this area is not a concern for the evening. We will treat all guests with respect, be a listening ear, serve the greatest drinks, and keep the area clean. We will bus tables during the event for any empty cans or cups, as well as clean the area at the end of the event.
